How we work
My Routes Connection is a driver staffing agency based in Malden, Massachusetts. We recruit, background-check, and pay vetted independent drivers and place them with box truck operations, auto parts stores, and local businesses. We own no vehicles — every driver brings their own insured one. Call ahead or use the form, and we’ll connect you with the right person.
