We recruit, background-check, and pay a reliable network of vetted, independent drivers — someone to cover the call-outs, run the routes, move the freight, and stay reachable when things change. Every driver uses their own insured vehicle and carries their own insurance. We own no vehicles.
Why My Routes Connection

Every order that moves needs someone reliable behind the wheel: the right part or the right pallet matched to the right customer, the route driven on time, the driver background-checked and dependable. Finding and keeping that person is the work we do every day.
We built My Routes Connection around a simple idea: a business shouldn’t have to hire, screen, insure, and pay its own drivers just to get deliveries out the door. When your regular driver calls out, we’re on the line — and a vetted, independent driver with their own insured vehicle is on the way.
From our home base in Malden, we staff independent drivers for box truck operations, auto parts stores, and local businesses across the greater Boston area and beyond.
